Performance 12 Valve Cylinder Head

We are currently working on a new casting for the 12 valve. The factory cylinder head has more than a few things that need to be addressed in performance applications. We have been working with one of the top cylinder head gurus in the country on the design as well as some of the top pullers.

Here are some of the Design Features:

Thicker Deck
Almost double the flow of a factory casting
More area around the exhaust where cracking typically occurs
Straightened intake and exhaust ports
Factory bolt on replacement with room to grow if the intake is machine off and a side-flow intake is used
Upgraded valve-train

Here are some flow numbers with a stock head, a ported 12v head that has had the intake machined off a full port job and larger 1.940” intake, and 1.85” exhaust valves, and a Hamilton head with stock size valves. We are thinking that around 300cfm at .650 will be possible with bigger valves and a performance valve job which we will offer as an upgrade.
