LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

This Limited Product Warranty applies to products sold by Hamilton Cams unless a different written warranty is provided for a specific product.

1. LIMITED WARRANTY

Hamilton Cams warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use during the applicable warranty period.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless Hamilton Cams agrees otherwise in writing.

2. WARRANTY PERIOD

The applicable warranty period begins on the original purchase date.

The specific warranty period may vary by product and may be stated on the product page, invoice, product documentation, or other written materials supplied by Hamilton Cams.

If no separate warranty period is stated for a product, the customer should contact Hamilton Cams for confirmation before installation.

3. WARRANTY CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

A customer requesting warranty review must provide:

• Customer name
• Order number or proof of purchase
• Product name or part number
• Vehicle and engine information
• Installation date
• Installer information
• Description of the issue
• Photographs or video
• Measurements, inspection results, or diagnostic information
• Maintenance, lubrication, and break-in details
• Any other information reasonably requested by Hamilton Cams

Hamilton Cams may require the product to be returned for inspection before determining whether the claim is covered.

4. INSPECTION AND AUTHORIZATION

No product should be returned without prior authorization.

Issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization, or RMA, does not mean the warranty claim has been approved.

Hamilton Cams may inspect the product and related components, review installation information, request measurements, or require additional diagnostic information before making a determination.

5. COVERED DEFECTS

A covered defect is a verified defect in material or workmanship that existed in the product and was not caused by installation, application, operation, maintenance, contamination, abuse, or another component.

6. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

• Improper installation
• Incorrect application
• Incorrect fitment
• Improper clearances or measurements
• Failure to follow instructions
• Incorrect torque
• Improper lubrication
• Oil starvation
• Incorrect oil
• Incorrect break-in
• Contamination or debris
• Engine failure
• Failure of a related component
• Incorrect tuning
• Over-revving
• Abuse, misuse, neglect, or racing beyond the product’s intended use
• Unauthorized modification
• Improper maintenance
• Normal wear
• Corrosion
• Accident or external damage
• Continued operation after signs of a problem
• Use with incompatible components
• Failure to inspect the product before installation

This warranty does not cover products that cannot be adequately inspected because they were altered, damaged, discarded, or not returned when requested.

7. WARRANTY REMEDY

If Hamilton Cams confirms that a product has a covered defect, Hamilton Cams may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Issue store credit
• Refund the eligible product purchase price

The selected remedy will be the customer’s exclusive remedy to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Replacement products may be new, rebuilt, reconditioned, or functionally equivalent, as appropriate.

8. LABOR AND CONSEQUENTIAL COSTS

Unless expressly approved in writing before the expense is incurred, this warranty does not cover:

• Labor
• Diagnosis
• Removal or reinstallation
• Machine-shop charges
• Engine repair
• Vehicle damage
• Towing
• Rental vehicles
• Shipping beyond approved warranty shipping
• Vehicle downtime
• Lost income
• Lost profits
• Incidental or consequential damages

These limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. SHIPPING COSTS

The customer may be responsible for shipping the product to Hamilton Cams for inspection.

If the claim is approved as a covered warranty defect, Hamilton Cams may reimburse reasonable approved shipping costs or provide return shipping at its discretion.

Unauthorized freight, expedited shipping, or other costs may not be reimbursed.

10. REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS

A replacement product does not restart or extend the original warranty period unless required by applicable law or agreed to by Hamilton Cams in writing.

11. NO OTHER WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this Limited Product Warranty is the exclusive written warranty provided by Hamilton Cams for the covered product unless another written warranty is expressly provided.

Any implied warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed are limited to the shortest period allowed by applicable law.

12. RIGHTS UNDER APPLICABLE LAW

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, limitations, or restrictions on incidental or consequential damages.

Nothing in this warranty is intended to eliminate any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

13. HOW TO START A WARRANTY CLAIM

Contact Hamilton Cams before removing, modifying, discarding, or returning the product.

Provide the required claim information and follow all inspection and return instructions supplied by Hamilton Cams.

Do not ship a product until an RMA has been issued.
